Is a little bigger than I expected. The dispenser bottle is marked from 5ml to 20ml (same as the syringe body). The nozzle is sucker type and has a hole on each side for dispensing medication.

We have not used this yet and only will as a last resort for baby medicine (hopefully will not need medicine much longer). Seems to be in working order. I thought I ordered white, but blue was sent, so that was a little disappointing. It arrived on time during estimated delivery dates. It says it’s made of silicone (pacifier part), so hopefully that and the plastic part is BPA free/food grade. It does not state dishwasher safe, but I washed by hand anyway and sterilized it.
